These Terms govern your use of the Sefyra app (“the App”), operated by MsFrankie AI LLC (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal use, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App.
The App includes optional AI features that generate suggestions (for example, a proposed next action or a breakdown of a task) using a third-party AI provider. The AI features are provided for convenience only.
Suggestions are automated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. They are not professional advice. In particular, Sefyra does not provide legal, tax, financial, accounting, medical, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on AI suggestions for such matters. Always verify important information with a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take, and for reviewing suggestions before acting on them.
The core App is free to use. Certain features — including expanded use of the AI features (“Sefyra Pro”) — may require a paid subscription. If offered, subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Prices and included features may change; we will provide notice of material changes. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt or overload our services, circumvent usage limits, access the App by unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The lists and text you create remain yours. See our Privacy Policy for how the optional AI features handle the text you choose to submit.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI suggestion will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MsFrankie AI LLC and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or reliance on any AI suggestion. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or US $50.
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
