Sefyra is designed to keep your data on your device. The one exception is the
optional AI feature, described below. Sefyra is operated by MsFrankie AI LLC
(“we,” “us”).
What stays on your device
- No account. The app does not require sign-in.
- No tracking or analytics. We use no third-party tracking or advertising SDKs.
- Your lists are local. Everything you capture — inbox items, next actions, projects,
waiting-for, someday, reference, and your completed history — is stored on your device (and, if you
enable it, synced through your own private Apple iCloud account, which we cannot see).
- Calendar. If you choose “Add to Calendar,” the app writes an event to
your own Apple Calendar using write-only access. We never read your calendar.
✨ Optional The AI feature
Some screens offer an AI button (for example, “Suggest next action” or “Break into
steps”). Only when you tap one of these buttons, the text of that single item is
sent — over an encrypted connection — to our server and to our AI provider, Anthropic PBC,
so a suggestion can be generated and returned to you.
- This is the only data that ever leaves your device, and only for the item you chose.
If you never tap an AI button, nothing is ever transmitted.
- Not linked to your identity. The app has no login. Requests use an anonymous,
per-install token solely to prevent abuse — not to identify you.
- Not sold, not used for ads or profiling. We use the text only to return your
suggestion.
- Not used to train AI models. Anthropic does not use data submitted through its
business API to train its models. Anthropic may retain it briefly for safety and abuse-prevention
purposes under its own policies, then deletes it.
- Not retained by us. Our server processes your request to return the suggestion and
does not keep the text afterward.
Anthropic’s handling of data is governed by its own terms and privacy policy at
anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
Data we collect — summary
- User Content (the text you submit to AI): used only to provide the AI suggestion.
Not linked to your identity. Not used for tracking or advertising.
- Everything else: not collected.
Your choices & rights
The AI feature is entirely optional and used per tap. Because we store no personal profile, there is no
account to access or delete. For any privacy request, contact us below and we will respond.
Children
Sefyra is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above will change with it.
